Experience
- Develop an AI prospecting and CRM platform with 150+ users and $100,000 in revenue, as one of about six developers in a 25-person company, using TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express and MongoDB.
- The platform covers a map of 160M+ US properties with owner data and parcels, outreach by call, email and SMS, and a deal pipeline.
- Built the Twilio calling: a power dialer through owner lists, call recordings and transcripts, and AI call summaries that create follow-up tasks.
- Shipped self-serve onboarding with a freemium plan, Google and Microsoft sign-in and Stripe upgrades, and implemented the Google CASA security checklist.

- Led the architecture and full stack build of TOW123, an on-demand roadside assistance platform: customer and provider apps in React and React Native on one Node.js, Express and MongoDB back end.
- Built live driver tracking and real-time matching of each request to the nearest available provider, with Redis caching the location queries, plus the dispatch board and provider reports.

- Led the front end team for SIMuSPACE, a simulation process and data management platform for a BMW research department, and rebuilt its whole front end from vanilla JavaScript to Next.js on Java and Python services.
- Built a data analytics tool where engineers pick simulation data and fields and get custom dashboards of Apache ECharts and Plotly plots, and cut their load on large datasets from 8–9 seconds to under 2.5 with memoisation.
ProjectsSIMuSPACE
- Built AI products end to end: Jarvis, a lead tracker whose AI writes SMS and email campaigns and replies to leads, and Career Buddy, an AI tutor with GPT lessons and quizzes.
- Built Landscape AI, which redesigns a backyard from one photo with Hugging Face image models behind a Flask API, and looked after client relationships, stack choices and delivery.
- Architected and led the build of an operations system for a Dubai freight company: jobs, VAT invoices and an audit log.
- System design consultancy for four products: the architecture and initial design their teams built from.
- Built the AWS integration and real-time conversation of My Friend, a scalable AI voice assistant for children, using WebSockets, S3, DynamoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Used AWS Transcribe for AI transcription, prompt engineering to shape OpenAI replies, AWS Polly for the voice, and a vector database for each child's memory.
