The project
Landscape AI redesigns a backyard from a single photo: upload a picture of the yard, mark the part to change, pick a style, and AI draws new landscape designs in seconds.
It is made for landscapers and their clients, with styles such as Modern Australian, Tropical, Natives and Japanese, a setting for how creative the AI may be, and custom instructions for anything else. Every design can be saved, exported, used as the next starting point, or rated to feed back into the model.
I built it full stack: a Flask back end that runs Hugging Face models on the uploaded images, with asynchronous processing so large photos never hold the app up, and a React front end for uploading, cropping, styling and reviewing the results.
