The project
Greetly AI is an AI voice receptionist for businesses: it answers calls day and night, books appointments and answers customer questions in a natural voice.
A business forwards its phone number to Greetly and trains its agent on its own services, hours and FAQs. On the site, visitors talk to live demo agents for healthcare, hospitality, food, plumbing, towing and more, or build their own receptionist in four steps without writing a prompt: AI reads the company website for the business details, then writes the agent’s instructions from them.
I built the web app: the live voice calls in the browser through ElevenLabs Conversational AI, and the agent builder with the AI steps behind it.

- A four-step builder that sets up a receptionist without prompt writing
